12 Series 4 Inch Lensed Shower Trim with Frosted lens with clear center is available in White, Satin Chrome or Classic Aged Bronze. One PAR20/R20 medium base halogen or LED equivalent lamp is required, but not included, or housing with integral LED module, sold separately. A T599 socket extender is required for PAR20/R20 lamp with certain housings (see attached manufacturer spec). Lamp type and wattage dependent on housing/trim combination. UL listed for wet locations. A complete housing includes a housing and trim, sold separately.
